Project Overview
Relawan Indonesia supports disaster management by coordinating thousands of volunteers nationwide. The organization needed a reliable, secure system with high availability to manage volunteer deployment, track logistics, and enable real-time communication during emergencies. Protecting the privacy and integrity of volunteer data was a priority.
As an IT specialist supporting the initiative, I focused on infrastructure resilience and data security. I implemented role-based access control (RBAC) for the volunteer database, conducted vulnerability assessments of the coordination platform, and set up encrypted communication channels. This work supported relief operations by reducing the risk of system downtime and data breaches during critical response periods.
